I pondered my last post for awhile, rolled it around in my head for a bit and came up with what I think is an appropriate response.

I thought back to when I was young, to what things meant a lot to me then and a list of books appeared.

I wondered what it would be like to share those books with my son or with any kid today, and I realized that although classics will always be classics, kids today need something more tailored to them – more unique to their world.

And so the answer became obvious.

Emby Kids.

So, this fall, I’ll release a new imprint for YA and MG audiences.

And if parents forget to teach their children how to act on a playground, well, maybe those kids will pick up an Emby book and learn it from there. That’s what I did.

Emby Kids. Coming Soon.
